Bookings and Payments
A session is confirmed once the booking agreement is signed and the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Quotes are valid for thirty days from the date they are issued.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Plans change, and we always try to be flexible. A session can be moved once free of charge with at least fourteen days’ notice, subject to availability. Later cancellations may mean the deposit is kept to cover the reserved time.
If we ever need to reschedule because of illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a new date as soon as possible or a full refund of any payment made.

Delivery of Final Images
Edited images are delivered through a private online gallery, usually within three to five weeks of the session. Clients receive a personal-use licence for their images, and any commercial use is covered by the licence agreed in the booking.

Limitation of Liability
Every project is handled with great care, but we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
